TOP TEN FOR THE KAM FUELED RACING TEAM !

After a three week hiatus due to rain outs, the Grandview Speedway personnel, fans, crews, owners, and racers were all ready for some action , and they got just that!

Before getting into the racing news, a quick public Geezer service announcement thanking all of our brave young woman and men who gave the ultimate sacrifices so we can enjoy the things we sometimes take for granted… our freedom. A favorite and heartfelt quote of mine : ‘’Land of the free, because of the brave’’ says it all . Thanks to all service folks past and present, from KAM Fueled Racing.

QUICK RESULTS (5-28-16):

The #22 Keystone Air, Giorgio’s Pizza and subs of Exton BRC Late Model car finished 8th in the 25 lap feature event Saturday night and continues on a forward run while trying many new set up changes weekly with some expert assistance by Chuck Schutz and the 22 crew whom are always thriving for the best. It takes many working pieces to build a successful first year team and things are coming together nicely, thanks for your interest !  A huge congrats to Bryon Sipe on his BRC Late Model win, Ryan Beltz grabbed his first ever feature win at Grandview in the Sportsman division and Craig Vondohren won in the TP Trailer Modified 30 lapper. Every weekend, dreams become reality on the hill, come on out and see what it’s all about. You won’t be disappointed, and if you are, I will give you 100 percent refund if you unsubscribe from this mailer first. To unsubscribe, send $500 cash to my home address, then I’ll contact you to expedite your $15 admission refund. Simple, do it.

GEEZER GAB:

Ø Happy 10th birthday to Alex Bartorillo, he is a future quarter midget racer now after receiving his Bullrider chassis, Honda powered #22 G quarter midget for his birthday, stay tuned !!
Ø The 22 crew was in full force !!! Thanks Al, Bob and JD for all the efforts throughout Saturday in getting prepped, loaded, hauling, unloading, prepping, monitoring, prepping, prepping more, discussing track conditions, then some more prepping, then feature, then prepping to re-load, then unloading, then having a cold beer. You get the point, it takes a lot of work to put on this show, thanks to everyone who helps. Ken ‘’BiG Red’’ Loux continues to help as time permits too, thanks !!
Ø It was a pleasure meeting ‘’Grampa Sam’’, he is Steve Bartorillo’s Dad, a great guy  !!! He raced street stocks back in the day and had some funny stories about tech inspection back then and loves being involved with the #22 car this season and checking out race site regularly to keep up with things we have going on. Visit the nicely done Webmaster – E site, www.kamfueledracing.com often and contact Eric Renninger if your business needs a site built. It’s a ‘’family affair’’… be well Grampa Sam !! See you at a race soon ! Thanks for telling Steve we need tires !!
Ø My buddy Ernie Saxton was at the track Saturday night, and although I didn’t get a lot of time with him, it was a pleasure chatting for a few minutes and he looks great !! I still want to see the shoes that he says he has that are older than me. LOL
Ø Special thanks to Wendy Wojnar for setting up at the front gate to sell KAM Fueled Racing merchandise !!
Ø Was great to see my lil buddy Liam Gerhart in the stands wearing a nice new 22 hat and KAM Fueled Racing shirt !!!! Seeing his smile keeps the Geezer going, and his ‘’Pop Pop’’ Keith’s Hosensack Poker Club has been a Geezer sponsor for years now. What a great team we’ve built with quality folks. Thanks Keith and Liam for attending , see you again soon !
Ø A couple first timers were in attendance… Joleen (my Daughter) and her boyfriend Chris checked out the races and loved it !~! The ywill be back and had fun guessing who would win the features, they were wrong about the Late Model winner, but… yea. ;)
Ø Thanks Missie Fegley, of the Checkered Flag Bakery for the special hand delivery of a tray full of fresh peanut butter cookies !! Wow, they were good.
Ø I was gonna help Princess and Jordan paint their new house, but I had a cookie hangover, sorry Princess !!  ;)
Ø A quick THANKS to the 46 team, and to Junior, and to the 72 team for helping us get through some carburetor and steering rack problems. A carb being borrowed from the Green Team helps us not miss a week’s action, and ‘Crazy’ has offered to assist with replumbing a new steering rack set up Friday. Thank you !!!
Ø Get well Lou Egrie Jr, who took a hard hit and wasn’t feeling well after the first lap of the late model feature. He will sit out for a few weeks until better. The #4E car will be missed.
Ø Great to see the Low Down and Dirty crew after the races, actually shook hands, had a beverage and didn’t get into any altercations… a good night. They are looking forward to our June 18th, event at Cooper Morgan’s Public House from 1 to 4 Saturday before the races, where we will have Yuengling girls with free giveaways, $2 drafts, free hot dogs cooked to order by Geezer, meet the crew, owners, and families, play some games, win prizes, #22 car will be on display and a live podcast of the LD&D show interviewing folks as they enjoy the appreciation day. Thank you Karen, Eric and Wayne (owners of the new Cooper Morgan’s) for going the extra mile and making this fun !! Steve talked about putting me in a dunk tank but that isn’t happenin ! Stop o out please, it would be great to see you!!
